The recommended dose of Synergy Boost is between one half and one full packet. We suggest starting by mixing one packet into approximately one half liter (2 cups) of water, and gradually sipping until you reach your desired experience. 

Each packet contains 50mg of high potency (15% alkaloids) kanna extract.

How to Enjoy

First, start by mixing one packet into 8-16 ounces of water, stirring or shaking until fully dissolved. Sip until you have finished roughly a half of the drink. 

If you have not yet finished your beverage, continue to do so if you feel the desire to. 

If you are sensitive or want to take it slow, you can always use a portion of a packet or consume less of your mixture. 

In roughly 60-90 minutes, you can redose.
